You can only achieve goals if you set them. Most of us only set goals on January 1st! You should be setting, reassessing, and resetting goals every 90 days! You should have BIG goals(ones that seem almost impossible) and we should have short term goals. In this workshop we will help you set your BIG goals and your short term goals. We will acknowledge your road blocks to success and discuss the 5 pillars to success. You will also have 8 weeks of lessons to help you learn and understand nutrition and how your body works.
